Setting the Boot ROM Address

Align the Boot ROM’s notch and pins with the socket’s notch and

pins.

Gently press the ROM into the socket. See Figure 5-1.

Be careful not to bend the pins.

Install the EtherPaC 2000+ adapter in the PC.

Turn on the PC.

Setting the Boot ROM Address

To enable the PC’s remote boot function, you need to set up the boot ROM

address.
